False Bay's Engineering NCV programmes are offered at two campuses: Westlake Campus and Khayelitsha Campus. These Engineering programmes are for a 3-yr period.

NCV Engineering Course Entry Prerequisites
These courses start out at NCV level two plus the minimum necessity would then be Grade nine certificate with a pass in Arithmetic.
As soon as the student finishes NCVLevel two, they would then have attained a grade 10 certification. NCV Level 3 would be grade 11 and NCV Level 4 is grade 12.
NCV Level 4 is at the exit level, currently being comparable to a Countrywide Senior Certificate (NSC).
Grade 9 is on NQF level one. Our NCV programmes start NCV stage two which happens to be read more equivalent to an NQF level 2.
On which type of students are suited for these programmes, they more info say that the world is acknowledging that standard education is not necessarily the only real technique for getting an artisan or becoming competent so if a student knows from an early age what their pursuits are, the NCV programme is really properly suited for that student.
